Muhammad Nur Amin is a medical doctor, public health advocate, and youth leader based in Perlis, Malaysia. He founded Seehah Centre with a vision to bridge evidence-based medicine with Islamic values — creating a holistic health ecosystem for Muslim communities across Malaysia.

Beyond his clinical role as a medical officer, he serves as Health Education Consultant at Seehah Centre, leads youth development initiatives through Exco Belia & Sukan Negeri Perlis, and drives multiple community health and dakwah programs throughout the region.
